At the heart of RPS software is the Adobe PDF Print Engine, which renders artwork using native Adobe functionality. This allows users to streamline workflow and move swiftly and accurately through the entire RIP – Print - Cut process. Within the RPS software’s intuitive, multi-tasking environment, users can RIP, print and cut on two devices simultaneously. Unlimited hot folders help automate the RIP functionality, while an image bar stores and sorts images for fast access. Users will find it simple to create specialty colors like White, Gloss or Metallic from CMYK data, and just as easy to adjust artwork for perfect pixel-to-pixel registration. All industry standard color libraries, such as RAL, HKS and Pantone color swatches, are already built in to the RPS software. RPS also incorporates an embedded profiling module that lets users create custom ICC profiles for accurate color reproduction and efficient ink consumption.
